- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno pepper
- 1 9-inch pre-made pizza crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off excess fat.
- Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Spread the pizza sauce onto the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread the beef mixture over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the pepperoni, parsley, olives, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper over the beef.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
