Ingredients

  • 1 lb of linguine
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb of cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken broth and heavy cream and stir to combine.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is thick and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked chicken and stir to combine.
  7. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
