Ingredients
- 4 strips of bacon, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lbs. collard greens, washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it is crispy.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the collard greens and cook until they are wilted and tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add the vinegar, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
- Serve hot.
