Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté until caramelized.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the sliced steak. Cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything together.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
- Top each bun bottom with a spoonful of the steak and veggie mixture.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of each pile.
- Cover with the bun tops and brush with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
