Ingredients
- 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
- 2 large onions
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley

- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Peel and finely chop the onions.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.

- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
