Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the wine and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half, about 10 minutes.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove the bay leaves before serving.
