Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chopped spinach
2 cups chopped kale
1/2 cup cooked bacon, diced
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add spinach and kale and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
Transfer mixture to a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers or chips.
