Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Rub the mixture over both sides of each chicken breast and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
