Ingredients
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup canned peaches, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup raspberry jelly
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine the peaches, cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and spoon 2 tablespoons of the peach mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper up over the filling, folding the sides in to meet the center. Roll the wrapper up tightly, wetting the top corner with a little bit of water to help seal the roll.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the raspberry jelly and water and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the jelly is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Brush the cooked egg rolls with the raspberry sauce and serve warm.
