In a small bowl, combine the peaches, cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and spoon 2 tablespoons of the peach mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper up over the filling, folding the sides in to meet the center. Roll the wrapper up tightly, wetting the top corner with a little bit of water to help seal the roll.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the raspberry jelly and water and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the jelly is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Brush the cooked egg rolls with the raspberry sauce and serve warm.
