Biscuits with Deer Maple Gravy
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups pecans, roughly chopped
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together the pecans, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Set aside.
Place the salmon fillets in a greased baking dish. Brush each fillet with the Dijon mustard mixture.
Sprinkle the pecan mixture over the top of the salmon fillets.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve warm and enjoy!
