- 3 cups chopped watermelon
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped watermelon, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, cilantro and salt.
- Stir until everything is well combined.
