In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Pour the custard mixture over the berry mixture in the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
