Ingredients
- 2 cans of peaches, drained and diced
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of cold butter, diced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine the diced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Divide the mixture among 8 ramekins or cupcake liners.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over the peaches in the ramekins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Top each peach cup with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!
