Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2-3 pound boneless pork roast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, pepper and salt until well combined.
- Rub the mixture over the pork roast, making sure to coat all sides. Place the roast in a roasting pan.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the roast and place in the oven.
- Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
