Ingredients

  • 2 Mahi-Mahi fillets (6-8 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  3. Coat both sides of the mahi-mahi with the seasoning mixture.
