Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the loaf is at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
