Ingredients
1 lb round steak, cut into 4 pieces

Directions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add the round steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned.

Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Return the steak to the skillet and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through.
Serve with mashed potatoes or your favorite side dish.
