Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine beef, onion, garlic, and all spices and seasonings. Mix well.
Stir in apricots, prunes, and almonds. Place mixture in prepared baking dish.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together. Add vinegar and stir to combine. Pour over meat mixture.
In a medium bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Pour over meat mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until center is cooked through.
