Ingredients
- 2 lbs. loquats, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter.
- In a large bowl, combine the loquats, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter. Mix together until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble over the loquat mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
