Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. loquats, halved and pitted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the loquats, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter. Mix together until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble over the loquat mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
  5. Let cool before serving.
