Directions
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Whisk until completely combined.
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, and dressing. Mix until the slaw is evenly coated.
Grill the hot dogs until cooked through. Toast the buns if desired.
Assemble the slaw-dogs by placing the hot dogs in the buns and topping with the slaw and your favorite toppings.
Serve immediately.
