Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 bunch celery, washed and cut into 4-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Fill each celery piece with a generous tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Place celery pieces on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
