Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked, diced turkey
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium skillet, sauté onion and celery in butter until tender. Add flour, salt, and pepper and stir until blended.
- Gradually add chicken broth and cook until thick and bubbly.
- Stir in sour cream, Parmesan cheese, turkey, and cooked spaghetti noodles. Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, combine almonds and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
