Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 jalapeño peppers, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
- Add jalapeños and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Drain bacon and jalapeño mixture on paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add bacon and jalapeño mixture and stir until combined.
- On a lightly floured work surface, roll out puff pastry into a 9x13 inch rectangle.
- Spread filling evenly over puff pastry, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
- Roll up puff pastry, jelly roll style, and cut into 1 inch slices.
- Place slices onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
