Rocky Road Popcorn Balls

Ingredients

• 6 cups of popped popcorn
• 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup of butter
• 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows
• 1/4 cup of peanuts
• 1/4 cup of mini M&Ms

Directions

1. Place the popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, butter, and marshmallows. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir until everything is melted and combined.
3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the popcorn and stir until all the popcorn is evenly coated.
4. Stir in the peanuts and M&Ms.
5. Using your hands, form the popcorn into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Refrigerate the popcorn balls for at least 15 minutes before serving.
