Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract to the eggs and mix until combined.
  3. Slowly add the flour and cream to the egg mixture, stirring until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Heat a krumkake iron over medium heat. Grease the iron with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter onto the center of the iron. Close the iron and cook for about 1 minute, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Carefully remove the cookie from the iron and roll it around a wooden krumkake cone while it is still hot.
  7. Let the cookie cool before enjoying!
