Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract to the eggs and mix until combined.
- Slowly add the flour and cream to the egg mixture, stirring until all ingredients are combined.
- Heat a krumkake iron over medium heat. Grease the iron with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter onto the center of the iron. Close the iron and cook for about 1 minute, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Carefully remove the cookie from the iron and roll it around a wooden krumkake cone while it is still hot.
