2 lbs chuck roast
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Place the pot in the preheated oven and cook for 2 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
Remove the pot from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Using two forks, shred the beef in the pot.
