Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, yogurt, raspberries, and blueberries.
  2. Blend on high for about 1 minute, or until all ingredients are completely blended together.
  3. If desired, add honey and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
