Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, yogurt, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, ginger, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with oil.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place the cubes on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the kebabs hot with warm naan or other Indian-style breads and garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired.
