Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, cranberries, honey, almond butter, almond flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the oat mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
