Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, cranberries, honey, almond butter, almond flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the oat mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
