Ingredients

  • 2 trout fillets, skin on
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place trout fillets on a greased baking sheet.
