1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the butter, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked green beans and mix until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm.
