Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen tater-tots
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons truffle oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place tater-tots on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, make the aioli by combining the garlic, mayonnaise, and truffle oil in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve the tater-tots with the aioli and enjoy!
