Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen tater-tots
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons truffle oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place tater-tots on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, make the aioli by combining the garlic, mayonnaise, and truffle oil in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper.
