Ingredients
4 pork cutlets, pounded to ½ inch thickness
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup tomato sauce

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper and place in the skillet.
