Ingredients
- 4 pork cutlets, pounded to ½ inch thickness
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper and place in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the pork is cooked through.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and place on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the tomato sauce and spread over the cutlets.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top and return to the skillet.
- Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
