Ingredients
- 1 lb. lamb chops
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup duck sauce
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
- Add the lamb chops to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated lamb chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the duck sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the lamb chops with the duck sauce.
