Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until they are nicely browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and serve with toothpicks and your favorite dipping sauce.
