Ingredients
1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut the kale into small pieces, discarding the tough stems.
