Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, evaporated milk, salt, eggs, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center of the pie is set.
5. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
