Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs. pork ribs
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, and dry mustard.
- Coat the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- When the ribs are cooked through, brush with additional BBQ sauce and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
