In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until blended.
Gradually beat in the flour mixture until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips, walnuts (if using), and chopped Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars.
Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Top each cookie with a Hershey’s Kiss.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cookies are lightly browned on the edges. Allow cookies to cool for 2 minutes on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
