Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Candy Bars (about 4 bars)
- 36 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until blended.
- Gradually beat in the flour mixture until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips, walnuts (if using), and chopped Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars.
- Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Top each cookie with a Hershey’s Kiss.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cookies are lightly browned on the edges. Allow cookies to cool for 2 minutes on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
