Heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in ground turkey, chili powder, cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper, and cook, breaking the turkey into small bits, until turkey is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, green chiles and chicken broth; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and parsley.
Serve immediately.
