Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 4 slices of white bread
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, butter, and cinnamon.
- Dip both sides of each slice of bread in the egg mixture.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease with butter or oil.
- Place the slices of bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Top each slice of toast with a generous amount of shredded cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.
