Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and pineapple juice. Bring to a simmer.
