Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Add the cooked vegetables and shredded cheese and mix well.
Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is lightly golden.
