Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups chopped fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the pineapple, peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thickened and the fruit is softened.
  4. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
  5. Transfer the jam to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
