Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet in an even layer. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
  4. Remove Brussels sprouts from oven and transfer to a large bowl. Toss with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Taste and season with salt, if desired.
  6. Serve warm.
