Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet in an even layer. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
- Remove Brussels sprouts from oven and transfer to a large bowl. Toss with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Taste and season with salt, if desired.
- Serve warm.
