Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions
