Ingredients

  • 1 (3-ounce) package cranberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cranberry gelatin and boiling water. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the crushed pineapple, pecans, and coconut. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
