Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Stir in the walnuts and pecans.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the applesauce, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
