Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1 lb of cooked pasta, your favorite type
  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, cashews, and dried cranberries.
