Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp the edges of the crust and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Mix until everything is well-combined.
  4. Add the eggs and evaporated milk and mix until everything is well-combined.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake the pie for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the crust is golden brown.
